To:-give people with HIV/AIDS, Hep C & TB a voice-inform & educate-campaign & advocate for people with HIV, Hep C & TB-influence governmental policy-promote user involvement in developing public policy & planning, delivery & monitoring of services-liaise with regulatory authorities & pharma industry-encourage & assist in the development of local & national groups of positive people
