HOUNSLOW AFRICAN HEALTH PROJECT (HAHP)

HAHP was set up in 2001. To respond to the Health and Social Care needs of the African migrant communities in Hounslow.Mission is to improve the physical and mental health of African families and individuals to ensure that people lead a reasonable quality of life. HAHP's overall aim is to raise sexual health awareness with specific focus on HIV /AIDS prevention work.
