THE JENNIFER JANE SUNLEY CHARITABLE SETTLEMENT

The Trustees have the power to apply the whole or part of the income or capital to or for such charitable instutution or institutions or other charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion see fit.
