Support and serve member units [known as Companies]; Arrange activities at local level for Companies and Members; Development and promotion of the work of The Boys' Brigade locally; Liaison with local Churches and Schools; Co-operation with local Education Authority and Youth Service; Registration and training of Leaders; Responsible to national HQ for administration locally.
