THE MAYOR OF WINCHESTER'S CHARITY

The objects of the Charity are to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the administrative area of Winchester City Council and the District Council areas immediately surrounding, in particular; the advancement of education; the protection of health; and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness.
