THE CHRISTIAN MEDITATION TRUST (UK)

The charity exists to promote the teaching of Christian meditation and prayer. This is done primarily through small groups spread around the UK which encourage members in their own contemplative practice and are open to any member of the public who wishes to pursue a similar path.
