The operation under licence of an exhibit that is owned by South West Environmental Parks Limited on a site rented from Torbay Borough Council. Its aim continues to be to operate a conservation-led, world class, aquatic animal exhibit that provides a financially viable visitor attraction. Its activities were in accordance with the annual Business Plan.
