To relieve poverty, hardship and distress among disadvantaged and socially excluded groups by providing information, advice, sign posting and referral representation, and to advance the education of said beneficiaries by any lawful charitable means. To provide and assist in the provision of facilities for education, recreation, leisure time occupation in the interest of social welfare
