MAX D STEINKOPF CHARITABLE SETTLEMENT

The objects of the charity are to hold the capital and income of the charity upon trust or use to make donations to charitable institutions, as the Settlor may direct. In the absence of such direction the Trustees of the charity are authorised to make donations to charitable institutions as they see fit.
