_ To provide the only community venue within Ingram Parish_ To encourage as broad a spectrum of activities as possible to benefit both the local very rural community and outside user groups_ To develop partnership working with other interested parties eg.NNPA, Disadvantaged youth groups etc. to ensure optimum usage of premises in keeping with environmental objectives for the locality
