HALTON AND ST HELENS VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ACTION

A local support organisation, it builds the capacity of voluntary and community organisations and promotes co-operation and partnership working between third sector, statutory and other relevant bodies. Projects across both boroughs include volunteer centres, training, funding advice, network support, health and social care involvement and a community accountancy service.
