THE BECCA OWEN MEMORIAL FUND

To provide or assit in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupations in the interests of social welfare, for children who are under privileged or who as the trustees may from time to time determine, have need of such facilities, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of holidays, with the object of improving their conditions of life.
