To provide humanitarian assistance to the victims of natural disaster, the victims of war or trouble, in the form of money (or other means deemed suitable) for persons, bodies or organisations, and to provide the relief of financial hardship, either generally or individually, of people living in Indonesia by making grants or loans of money to pay for items, services or facilities.
