1.The relief of poverty hardship and distress among members of Congolese communities both within the UK and overseas, in particular but not by way of limitation those from Sankuru district, Democratic Republic of Congo {the beneficiaries} by the provision of advice, information and such material or financial support as the trustees shall from time to time determine;.
