To provide for the relief of suffering caused to those persons with heart defects, heart disease, rheumatism and arthritis and any associated complaints and in particular but not limited to provide financial assistance to such individuals, funding into research, awareness, supporting and counselling services, facilities and equipment, education, training and rehabilitation.
