Charitable company incorporated on 6 March 2006 to receive assets and continue charitable activities of P H Holt Charitable Trust. Assets were transferred by gift on 31 March 2007. Commenced activity on 1 April 2007, primarily as a grant-maker specially interested in the needs of the inhabitants of Merseyside.
