To provide physical space and focus for the community of Weir, Lancashire, by building and running the "Doals Centre", a facility of a high standard that is appropriate and sustainable, which will nurture, support, enable, develop and maintain a healthy well educated, skilled, and fulfilled community with good employment and leisure opportunities to high standards.
