REACHOUT FOUNDATION

Reachout Foundation was founded in December 2005 by a group of concerned individuals with the primary aim of creating awareness on HIV/AIDS within African communities, support children orphaned by HIV/AIDS, as well as offer counselling to affected persons and their families.
