Provision of bursaries to cover 50%( or more in exceptional circumstances) of the cost of individual children's music lessons, musical instrument hire or costs of other musical activities. Bursaries are awarded to children in academic years 3-6 inclusive who would be unable to access musical opportunities without financial assistance.
