To promote and improve the quality of life and lifestyle choices for the residents of the village of Harley near Rotherham, South Yorkshire and local neighbourhoods. To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for education and re-creation with the object of achieving greater community cohesion and to reduce the problems associated with loneliness, isolation and anti-social behaviour.
