POSITIVE START (ROSSENDALE) LIMITED

The principal activity is that of a charity promoting the benefit of young people between the ages of 7-25 in the Rossendale area in Lancashire. Working with youth workers and interested adults to support and assist young persons, particularly from disadvantaged and Black Minority Ethnic (BME) groups.
