Promotion of Community participation in healthy recreation. Providing facilities for sport, education, leisure,health checks to such persons who have need by reason of youth, age, infirmity, disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances - with the object of improving conditions of life and to advance the education of adults, children and young people.
