WALLMEAD CHARITABLE TRUST

The trustees meet at least once a year to review grant applications made to the Charity. In addition the Trustees may identify a Charity or cause they wish to support in their local region. The trustees first consider whether the applications meet the objectives of the Charity. Where objectives are met, grant making is determined by unanimous decision of all trustees.
