For the benefit of the residents of Loughborough, Leicestershire to advance education, preserve and protect health, relieve poverty and to provide facilities for recreation or leisure time occupation for parents who are in need of such facilities by reason of their social or economic circumstances, or for the public at large, with the object of improving their conditions of life.
