THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST STEPHEN ON THE CLIFFS, BLACKPOOL

The main purpose of the PCC as defined by the Parochial Church Council (Powers) Measure 1956, is to co-operate with the Vicar in promoting in the Parish the whole mission of the Church,pastoral,evangelical,social and ecumenical. There have been no material changes in these policies during the year.The PCC has been satisfied during the year to maintain its position.
