NEW BEGINNING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (MALABAR)

To further or benefit the residents of Malabar in Truro (Cornwall) by getting the resiidents together with the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, and to provide leisure facilities in the interests of social welfare and recreation with the objective of improving conditions of life for residents.
