(1) To "promote the efficiency of the armed forces of the Crown" by providing facilities for thesport of sailing. (2) To provide community participation in healthy recreation by providingfacilities for the sport of sailing. (3) To advance the education and training, in particular foryoung people, by providing facilities for the sport of sailing.
