To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of North Kensington and the surrounding area, over the age of 50, by the provision of recreation facilities or leisure time occupation of those who need such facilities by reason of their age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances with the object of improving the conditions of the said inhabitants.
