The Westminster Women's Network runs the following:- Health Awareness programmes promoting healthy living, better diet, nutrition- Run exercise and fitness programmes promoting better physical health of women- Organising recreational activities for women - coffee mornings, get togethers, themed talks and discussion groups- Education and employment related workshops
