Relief or prevention of poverty of poor people located in the least developed, low income or lower middle income countries and communities and advancement of health.EfD will make grants to organisations or persons for the purposes of alleviating poverty or promoting the advancement of health.Grants will be made available to poor farmers to improve their farming activities, particularly irrigation.
