To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Aylsham, Norfolk and the surrounding area in the provision of facilities for health and recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need for such facilities by reason of youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.
