Promotes the education of persons under the age of 21 years who are resident in Sudbury, Suffolk, or who have attended St. Gregory and St. Peter Voluntary Controlled Primary School for at least two years, and who are in need of financial assistance.2. Provides benefits not normally provided by the local education authority for St. Gregory and St. Peter Voluntary Controlled Primary School.
