The activities of the company are farming and the renting out of property comprising the estate in order to generate income to maintain, preserve, restore, improve and develop those parts of the Belsay Estate in Northumberland which are of historical or architectural interest or of natural beauty, whether on their own or as a setting for Belsay Castle and Belsay Hall.
