LOT is a leadership, enrichment and mentoring programme designed to raise the academic achievements of children and young people; particularly those of African and Caribbean Heritage by empowering them with unbridled opportunities. Through a combination of discipline and tough love we help young people grow in confidence, learn invaluable life skills and compete in the market place.
