Carried out survey of service user needs in north east London - including focus groups and direct interviews - as well as an audit of local user groups and community based services. Also organised meetings with provider agencies to assess capacity and opportunities for collaboration. Brought both service users and clinicians together to understand how to progress towards more holistic care
