The John and Anne Newton Foundation's mission is to improve access to and opportunities for primary level education around the world. Its activities aim to effect positive change to basic literacy and numeracy; promote independence and self-sufficiency; encourage aspirations, build capacity and make sustainable improvements, thereby contributing to a reduction in dependency.
