HILL STREET YOUTH & COMMUNITY CENTRE

The provision, organisation and maintenance of a youth and community centre for use by the inhabitants of all ages, charities and community groups, of the area of benefit, Including use for (1) educational, recreational and sporting activities in the centre (2) meetings, lectures and classes with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants and (3) commissioning of services.
