To promote for public benefit, agriculture, horticulture, rural crafts & skills by the improvement, and showing of livestock, agricultural machinery, crafts, products, methods, processes and agricultural education in particular by holding an annual show. To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation of individuals who have special needs to benefit their conditions of life.
