to help conserve, restore, maintain and upkeep the buildings, grounds, fabric, furnishings and fittings of the Church of St Mary and St Peter, Tidenham (the church) for the benefit of the community by the provision of funding and other activities and fostering public interest in the building of the church, its fabric and its grounds
