The Charity is being established as a grant-making charity which will make grants infurtherance of its exclusively charitable purposes. The trustees will make grants to be appliedfor exclusively charitable purposes in areas where people, in particular children and youngpeople, are affected by ineffective infrastructure, environmental challenges and limited socialsupport.
