COMMUNITY ACTION ON DEMENTIA - BRENT

To provide support to those living with dementia, their families and carers through provision of information; making their views and experiences known to statutory providers so that they can have a voice in the development, delivery and access to local services for all those living in Brent. with the aim of making Brent a Dementia friendly borough.
