VINCHEL FOUNDATION

The objectives of the Foundation are to attract donations with which to pay out grants for the relief of people who are blind or visually impaired, the relief of their families and carers, the advancement of education of them, the advancement of scientific knowledge of the causes and treatment of blindness. The Charity has yet to attract substantial funding to enable it to realise its objectives.
