Talitha Arts uses creative arts to provide therapeutic arts workshops that benefit people's mental health and wellbeing, particularly survivors of trauma (including young people who are disadvantaged, women survivors of trafficking and domestic abuse, refugees, and people living with dementia), enabling people to reach their full potential.
