The prevention/relief in need hardship or distress in any parishes of Bredwardine/Staunton on Wye/Letton/north Herefordshire primarily but not exclusively by i)providing 12 Jarvis Eleemosynary Charity owned almshouses, managing them to be let for a maintenance fee, to persons in need. ii)one off grants/items and services to individuals in neediii)Grants for charitable recreational purposes
