The provision of grants and such other assistance as the charity trustees may decide for relief of need and for the promotion of educational purposes in the Ecclesiastical Parishes of St John the Baptist, Knowle, St Philip, Dorridge and St Swithin, Barston and in the Civil Parishes of Balsall Common and Chadwick End and such other areas as the charity trustees may decide.
