THE BRIDGE AT WATERLOO

Develop the capacity and skills of socially and economically disadvantaged communities by developing a bridge to the cultural opportunities offered by nearby centres of the Arts in order to promote learning and develop employability skills. Also to promote, for the benefit of the public, the regeneration of Parish buildings for Faith, Community and Heritage purposes.
