The objectives of Spark21 are to:advance education in the subject of women in the legal and other professions;promote equality and diversity and in particular the elimination of discrimination on the ground ofgender; andadvance the arts, in particular but without limitation by commissioning, establishing, maintaining,publishing and performing (as applicable) works of art.
