To oversee the establishment of a network of Community Eye Hospitals in Asia and Africa, providing high-quality, accessible, and sustainable eye care services to millions of people, and drastically reducing avoidable blindness.The Ruit Foundation will serve as an "umbrella organization", to replicate and export the Community Eye Hospital model.
