EAST END CONNECTION

To promote social and cultural inclusion in London Borough of Tower Hamlets and in particular, Whitechapel, Stepney and Wapping areas and in particular:(a) prevent disadvantaged people from becoming socially excluded,(b) promote social inclusion through increasing opportunities for all regardless of backgrounds,(c) support the socially excluded to re-integrate them into mainstream society.
