Our objects are the advancement of health and the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health disability or financial hardship in the area of attleborough in Norfolk [UK]. This is progressed by providing information and advice, sharing views and information, assisting local people to have a say in delivery of local health and care provision and providing appropriate information.
